1 Each application will be assigned a unique number for the lottery. There will be no names or personal information displayed to the general public at any time. 2 In order to accept your seat offer, an online form will require completion. This can be done from most devices with a web browser. If you are unable to access the internet, the school will make a kiosk available for your use during normal school hours.
3 Seats are not considered accepted until the admissions form is completed and submitted by the specified deadline. No response by the specified deadline is considered to be a declined seat. All declined seats will be offered to those applicants that were placed on the waiting list, in the order determined by the Lottery.
4 Accepted lottery applicants will be required to submit further documentation, including but not limited to, student birth certificate, parent/guardian identification, residence verification, record release forms, and student health records by the scheduled date and time to secure their seat.
