Dr. Charles Fuller, Executive Director
Dr. Fuller has been an educator for over 40 years, beginning his career in 1983 as a physical education and science teacher. Dr. Fuller was named principal of Envision Science Academy in 2015 and served in that capacity for three years. In 2018 he was named as the school’s first Executive Director. Dr. Fuller earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University and his Masters of School Administration from UNC-Greensboro. In 2016 he achieved the degree of Educational Doctorate in Administration and Supervision from North Carolina State University. Dr. Fuller and his wife Veronica love spending time with their family and are blessed with a son and his wife as well as a daughter and her husband and two grandsons.

Xaviera Johnson, Dean of Lower School (K-4)
Ms. Xaviera Johnson received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Special Education from Saint Paul's College. In 2010, she received her MA degree in Urban Education/Professional School Counseling from Norfolk State University and her MAT in Special Education from Western Carolina University in 2015. In 2018, Ms. Johnson received her MSA degree in School Administration/Educational Leadership from East Carolina University. Ms. Johnson has served as a Teacher of Exceptional Children (K-12), School Counselor and the Director of Exceptional Children's Program in Durham, NC. She completed a full-time Administrative Internship at Carter Community School, Inc. and then transitioned to ESA to serve as Assistant Dean in 2018. In addition to her educational positions, Ms. Johnson is a board member for the NC Council for Exceptional Children.

Geoff Gorski, Dean of Upper School (5-8)
Geoff Gorski was born into a family of educators, and followed in the footsteps of his parents by teaching elementary physical education, middle school math, and middle school science in southeastern North Carolina, New York City, and Raleigh. Geoff is a life-long learner who has his Master's degree in school administration from UNC-Wilmington, and Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Environmental Studies from Western Michigan University. Geoff's pride and joy are his three children.

Amanda Vick, Assistant Dean
Amanda Vick has received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Child Studies from East Carolina University. During her first four years of teaching, Mrs. Vick served as a 4th grade and 1st grade teacher at a Title 1 school in Franklin County Schools. After having her first child, she realized that being a preschool teacher would best suit her family's needs. Five years later, she was ready to come back to the classroom and she chose Envision Science Academy to launch her teaching career again. She is currently working towards her Master's in School Administration from East Carolina University. Mrs. Vick and her husband, Ryan, have been together since high school and have two beautiful daughters.

Ms. Murphy is an 80's Army Brat who has resided in North Carolina for the last 35 years. She is a lover of learning, singing, dancing, cooking, and spending time with her daughter, Charlotte. This is her 9th year at ESA but her 15th year teaching. Ms. Murphy is leaving her math classroom this year to join our administrative team as part of her Master's program.
Ms. Murphy has a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences and a Master of Science in Educational Studies K-12. She is currently pursuing a Master's in School Administration from North Carolina Central University. She is scheduled to graduate in May of 2024.
