2025-2026 Enrollment Information
Envision Science Academy will be accepting applications for open seats in grades K-8 for the 25-26 school year from January 20, 2025 - February 21, 2025.
Please read all lottery and admission details carefully.
Tours will be offered to families that receive a seat through the lottery.

1 Each application will be assigned a unique application registration number at the time the application is submitted. There will be no names or personal information displayed to the general public at any time. Please ensure that enroll@envisionscienceacademy.com and enroll@esaeagles.com are added to your email client’s whitelist so your confirmation emails do not get routed to your junk/spam folder.
2 In order to accept your seat offer, an online form will require completion. This can be done from most devices with a web browser. If you are unable to access the internet, the school will make a kiosk available for your use during normal school hours.
3 Seats are not considered accepted until the admissions form is completed and submitted by the specified deadline. No response by the specified deadline is considered to be a declined seat. All declined seats will be offered to those applicants that were placed on the waiting list, in the order determined by the Lottery.
4 Accepted lottery applicants will be required to submit further documentation, including but not limited to, student birth certificate, parent/guardian photo identification, residence verification, record release forms, and student health records by the scheduled date and time to secure their seat.
Notification and Admissions Package
- A declined seat or a seat not accepted by the deadline will be offered to the next waiting list applicant for that grade level.
- The two-week (10-business- day) response window is applicable during the enrollment period and resulting lottery only.
Time frame for parents/guardians to accept offered seats during the waiting list process will be based on the following four phases:

| Phase IV | 1st day of school and beyond – 1 business day to accept or decline seat offer, complete admissions form, submit supporting admissions documents, and be in attendance on next school day, except those with prior approval |
Envision Science Academy is a non-profit, tuition-free, North Carolina public charter school. Enrollment is open to all students per the North Carolina General Statute (GS 115C-238.29F(g)), which states that no student shall be denied admission based on race, origin, religion, ethnicity, gender, ancestry, disability or academic ability.
