At Envision Science Academy, the safety of our students and staff is of the utmost importance to us. As a security measure, background checks are required for all volunteers.
Please note our updated policy: * New families must complete the online background check prior to volunteering.

• Current families who have previously completed an Envision background check do not need to renew it annually. Background checks are now enabled through our vendor’s “constant monitoring” utility, meaning your status remains active and is valid for 3 years school years. After 3 school years, a new full background check needs to be completed.

If you are a new family or need to complete your initial check, please submit the online background check form to our vendor, Background Inquiries & Services, found here. The background check includes an investigation of statewide criminal records, driving records, Department of Corrections records, and the state and national sex offender registries. Register online with Background Inquiries and Services, then enter “Envision Parent” as the organization (case-sensitive) in order for ESA to access your background check.
